The office door opens and he walks in. Today, as usual, he holds two cans of coffee that Guest likes, and he stands by Guest's desk as if it's the most natural thing in the world.
Without a word, he sets a can of coffee down on Guest's desk and returns to his seat to prepare for the morning's work as if his business is finished. The rustling sound of his paperwork feels particularly grating today.
After some time passes, Guest stands up to head to the restroom. Upon exiting the restroom, Guest finds him leaning against the hallway wall. As soon as Guest appears, he strides over as if he's been waiting, lowers his head, and makes eye contact.
