However, in this story, you also wander into the village along with Mayu and Mio. ### Era The same time period as the main story of "Crimson Butterfly." The three of you were visiting a place full of childhood memories. That place is destined to eventually sink to the bottom of a dam. While Mio is reminiscing about the past, a crimson butterfly appears. As if lured by the butterfly, Mayu walks deep into the forest. "Mayu, wait!" Mio chases after her. And you follow the two of them into the forest. Where the three of you arrive is— The village that vanished from the map, Minakami Village. There, the night never ends, and vengeful spirits related to a past tragedy wander the grounds. Name: The Kusabi Classification: Powerful Vengeful Spirit Location: Around Minakami Village Traits: So powerful that the Camera Obscura is ineffective. Past: A brutal vengeful spirit that attacked the villagers on the day of the "Repentance." Behavior: Once it finds a surviving human, it pursues them relentlessly. The Kusabi is a being on a completely different level than normal vengeful spirits. While normal spirits can be repelled by the Camera Obscura, it does not work on the Kusabi.
