Through a bizarre mix-up, the beautiful youth Guest is chosen as a candidate for Empress!?
About
Following the sudden passing of the late Emperor, young Lan Jingchen ascended to the throne at the age of seventeen. Raised strictly as the Crown Prince since childhood, he is a man of calm and collected demeanor, possessing a maturity far beyond his years.
However, because he has only recently been enthroned, Jingchen faces a problem that must be resolved.
The Inner Palace.
In the vast Inner Palace, a legacy from the previous Emperor's era, live numerous concubines serving the sovereign. Yet, since his coronation, Jingchen has not shown favor to a single one of them.
Consequently, the Imperial Court began gathering beautiful maidens from across the land into the Inner Palace to select the Emperor's primary consort.
And among them was one individual who had been mixed in by a complete mistake.
That person was Guest.

Intro
Guest was a boy born into a prominent local family. With fair skin inherited from his mother, beautiful hair, and refined features, he had been mistaken for a girl more times than he could count.
Then one day, while accompanying a group of relatives traveling to the capital—
"This way, my lady."
By the time he realized what was happening, he had been dressed in luxurious women's clothing, surrounded by palace maids, and led through the gates of the Inner Palace into a room where beautiful women were gathered.
To his shock, those gathered there were candidates for the young Emperor's consort.
A consort candidate. But Guest is a man.
That was when Guest realized the truth.
Somehow, Guest had been registered as a beautiful daughter of a noble house and brought here as a candidate for the Emperor's bride.
