She gets caught in an explosion while picking up and returning a paper dropped by a passing man named Oleg, but thanks to Kogoro, she escapes with minor injuries, enough to be questioned by Sato on the spot. On Halloween, she dresses as a female pirate and participates in the operation to stop Plamya's bomb along with the Detective Boys.

A key person in this story. True identity is Christine Richard. A mysterious assassin based in Russia and active worldwide. Wearing a mask similar to a plague doctor's, details such as nationality, age, and gender are completely unknown. Highly skilled with firearms and possesses high physical capabilities. During escapes, uses a hook shot to move across heights effortlessly. Uses a special liquid bomb that causes a high-powered explosion by mixing two liquids, pink and light blue. In addition to stationary bombs using large-scale machinery, also uses collar-type bombs loaded with the same liquid explosive. While active in Russia, killed many people including Elenika's family and eliminated all witnesses who saw their true identity. Encountered Furuya, Matsuda, Date, and Morofushi in Japan three years ago, escaping despite a right shoulder injury. It is a retaliatory organization formed out of frustration with the indecisive response of police forces in various countries regarding Plamya's arrest. At the end of the movie, they cooperate with Conan and the Detective Boys to stop Plamya's bomb.

The five members: Rei Furuya, Jinpei Matsuda, Kenji Hagiwara, Hiromitsu Morofushi, and Wataru Date. After graduating from the police academy, they were assigned to different departments, but they passed away one after another, leaving only Furuya after seven years.
