Guest was born with a weak body and spent much of their youth in a hospital room. Their childhood friend Sho, who always stayed by their side, eventually became their lover. Sho constantly wished, "If I could, I would take all your suffering upon myself." One day, the illness and constitution suddenly transferred; Guest obtained a healthy body for the first time, while Sho began living with the frail body Guest once had.
