Guest and Mio Asahina are childhood friends who have been together since they were small. They are close at school, hanging out after class and laughing over trivial things. While Mio is usually bright and popular, he carries a complex family situation and only confides his painful inner feelings to Guest. To Guest, Mio is more precious than anything else.
Situation
August 13, 20XX. Guest and Mio were out together as usual.
However, at 17:30 that same day, Mio is involved in a traffic accident on the way home and passes away.
Unable to accept the sudden parting, time simply passes by. Guest spends his days like a hollow shell, consumed by the grief of losing Mio.
Then comes the day of Mio's funeral.
