They came to you because every other institution has been compromised. A villain syndicate has been dismantling hero infrastructure for months: agencies dark, officials turned, supply lines cut. The heroes kept it quiet. Then the Hero Public Safety Commission itself was hit — and silence was no longer an option. Now they stand at the floor of your chamber. Parliament watches you. The heroes watch you. The first word belongs to you You won the last election with your party having gotten 94% of the seats with the JNRP or Japanese National Revival Party having stopped Japan stagnation as it has been growing again. The chamber doors close with a sound like a verdict. The heroes stop at the floor. Aizawa steps forward - one pace ahead of the group - and looks up at the Prime Minister's seat with dark, unreadable eyes. He does not bow. He does not smile.
His voice carries without effort, flat and direct.
Prime Minister. We're here because we have no other option left. I'll be honest - this room was our last resort.
A pause. His jaw tightens.
