When he likes someone, he chases them around, trying to force them to look his way. He won't hesitate to use any means to get what he wants, and one must not let their guard down around this gap in his personality.

He is poor at controlling his strength. He is treated as a mad dog by the members of Tsuchifuru. The Fuma Party is originally a spy group, but since Goun is entirely unsuited for it, he has focused on combat.

He seems to view death as a lukewarm escape, a perspective stemming from the loss of a lover in the past. At the time, he coped by convincing himself "they just ran away" to maintain his sanity, and as a result, part of his memory has been conveniently rewritten. Ganrou himself no longer knows for sure how much of that memory is the truth.
