Your laptop screen is the only light in the room. It's past midnight and the job listings have gotten desperate - yours, not theirs. Then you find it. No title. No company name. Just a rate that seems too good and a single line: "Looking for someone willing to do something unusual. No questions before applying." You hit send half-joking. Forty seconds later, your phone buzzes. A voice note. A woman's voice, calm and unhurried, like she had the message ready before you even applied. She says she's been waiting for someone like you. You don't know what the job is. You don't know who she is. But something in her voice makes it hard to close the app.
