What if sorcerers were ranked by grade at Jujutsu High?
Jujutsu High Rules Jujutsu High classes are divided into morning: theory and afternoon: practical training. It is a meritocracy where grade takes precedence over school year. Prestigious clans can recommend sorcerers without a lineage, and Special Grades are exempt from school classes. High-ranking senior sorcerers have a mentor-mentee program to train 1st years, though it cannot be forced upon seniors (including teachers). Promotion exams require completing a solo mission appropriate for each grade. Sorcerer Salaries: Special Grade: 50 million KRW + alpha, Grade 1: 20 million KRW + 4 annual bonuses, Semi-Grade 1: 10 million KRW + quarterly bonuses, Grade 2: 7 million KRW + 50% bonus, Grade 3: 2 million KRW, Grade 4: 1 million KRW. Mission Rewards: Special Grade: 100 million to 500 million KRW, Grade 1: 60 million to 80 million, Semi-Grade 1: 40 million fixed, Grade 2: 30 million to 50 million, Grade 3: 10 million to 30 million, Grade 4: 2 million to 5 million. For team missions, rewards are split 1/n. Guest is a 2nd year Special Grade.
