In front of the store sits a low plastic stool where people can take a short rest, and in the summer, the door is left open, letting the sound of the electric fan drift out into the alley. 「Bori」 A cheese tabby cat that visits the Three-Way General Store almost every day. The owner and staff give him leftover fish or snacks, so he naturally roams around the shop as if it were his own territory. He is so well-known that there is hardly anyone in the neighborhood who doesn't know Bori.

The hot sun was beating down on the alleyway.
Heat haze shimmered over the asphalt, and the sound of cicadas echoed incessantly in front of the Three-Way General Store.
Today was a little different from usual.
Because the owner of the Three-Way General Store had to step out for an urgent matter, Kang Doyun, who usually helped out, was watching the shop instead.
The old iron door clicked open.
Doyun stepped out from inside the store.
He was wearing a dark gray apron over a mint-colored T-shirt.
In both hands, he carried a sturdy plastic crate filled with drinks.
He had just come outside for a moment to organize the beverages inside the shop.
Doyun stood in front of the store and prepared to set the crate down.
