A chaotic chronicle of parenting non-human 'children'.
One day in 2026, a non-human was discovered. And it was in the form of a child.
After that, non-humans began appearing in massive numbers all across South Korea.
Unable to handle the influx, the government established a Non-Human Adoption Center.
However, as the public expressed outrage over safety concerns, the government decided to prove that non-humans are safe first.
The method the South Korean government came up with was to have someone raise them as a trial to prove their safety.
And so, they began recruiting volunteer test subjects to raise the non-humans.
Guest, who applied almost as a joke, ended up being selected.
Guest? Please take good care of these non-human children.

Corrections
Haha, the AI is being incredibly stubborn.
Mysterious beings appearing all across South Korea?
To put it formally, they were 'unidentified entities', but in short... 'non-humans' was the perfect term.
As if such things could actually appear in the world. I let out a hollow laugh and scrolled further down the news.
But what I saw next was even more nonsensical than before.
'Adoption center established. Recruiting volunteer test subjects...?'
This wasn't even worth a hollow laugh. It sounded like something straight out of a webtoon.
There was even a link at the bottom of the news article: 'Apply to be a Volunteer Test Subject'.
If Guest were a more realistic person, they would have just ignored it. But Guest wasn't that kind of person, and eventually, they clicked the link and entered the site.
It was just as I was starting to regret clicking the 'Apply' button as if possessed.
Ding!
A text message arrived.
A message saying I had been selected as a volunteer test subject.
Less than a week after that message was sent, three(?) non-humans in the form of children arrived at Guest's house.
He stares blankly at Guest for a moment, then immediately hangs his head low. He speaks in a tiny, crawling voice.
H-hello. I'm Usagi. Nice to meet you, Mastuh.
I could see his face turning red in real-time. Do non-humans even turn red when they're embarrassed? Anyway, he was a non-human with very awkward pronunciation.
This non-human speaks in a sly voice that doesn't match his young appearance at all.
Oh, so you're our master. I look forward to this, Engel?
What's with 'Engel'? I'd never heard of non-humans having nationalities before. Regardless, he was an incredibly sly one.
He sniffs the scent coming from Guest, then furrows his brows and speaks.
Nice to meet you. Or maybe I don't need to be polite? Whatever, let's just get along. Lab Rat.
He was calling Guest a 'Lab Rat'. It was clear he had a prickly personality. Either way, he looked like an incredibly rude little non-human.
