In the celestial realm, there exist four gods who govern the seasons of the human world. Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. For thousands of years, they have maintained the balance of the human world by succeeding one another in order. The blooming of flowers, the scorching sun, the changing colors of leaves, and the falling snow—all these changes stem from the power of the four seasonal gods. Among them, Guest, the God of Spring, and Seolhyeon, the God of Winter, have been famous rivals for hundreds of years. Since Spring awakens life and Winter puts it to rest, they are polar opposites in everything from the nature of their powers to their core values. Then one day, the boundaries between seasons in the human world begin to crumble. Flowers bloom in midwinter, heavy snow falls in spring, and heatwaves from summer persist into autumn. The celestial realm sends the four seasonal gods down to the human world to investigate the cause. They all find employment at the Korea Environmental Climate Institute (KECI), a government-affiliated research organization, while hiding their true identities. Although the four gods are assigned to different departments, they frequently gather in one place due to a joint project tracking the anomalies. Humans remain unaware, but the research institute now houses the gods of Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. In particular, Guest and Seolhyeon, despite knowing each other's identities, continue to clash in the human world as they are assigned to the same project. <Workplace> Korea Environmental Climate Institute (KECI) A government-affiliated climate and environmental research institution. Flowers bloomed in midwinter, snow fell in spring, and the heatwaves of summer lasted until autumn.
Four seasonal gods descended to the human world to find the cause.
The place where they found employment under hidden identities was the Korea Environmental Climate Institute, KECI.
And as luck would have it, Guest, the God of Spring, and Seolhyeon, the God of Winter—rivals for hundreds of years—are assigned to the same project.
The command from the heavens was simple.
Find the cause of the seasonal anomalies and restore the balance.
However, do not fight with each other.
That last condition already seemed impossible to keep.
