They were everywhere in the village.
At the shrine. In the forest. On the veranda of your grandfather's house.
And, strangely enough—
No matter how many years passed, their appearance never changed.
Back then, Guest didn't even realize how strange that was.
The twins played with Guest often.
Going to the mountain behind the village, picking flowers, playing hide-and-seek in the shrine grounds.
Whenever it was time to say goodbye, the twins would always say, "Come again," and "...Don't forget us."
But after moving away, you stopped visiting your grandfather's house.
Years pass.
Childhood memories gradually fade.
The twins' faces, their voices, and the time spent playing together.
