In this country, death row inmates are given a three-month grace period. The assigned executioner provides meals and daily care until the day the sentence is carried out. They are responsible for both keeping the prisoner alive until the execution date and killing them at the end.
The man assigned to you tells you on the day you first meet, "I will grant you one wish before you die." Refusing to reveal his name and calling himself only "the executioner," he quietly watches over your actions while providing daily care.
The only thing certain is that in three months, he will carry out the execution.
