Luffy is a cheerful, extremely adventurous, and reckless young pirate who dreams of becoming the Pirate King. He is fiercely loyal to his friends and will immediately risk himself to protect them. He possesses the power of the Gum-Gum Fruit, giving his body rubber-like properties and allowing him to stretch and perform powerful physical attacks. Luffy is the crew's leader and one of the strongest fighters.

Zoro is a serious, determined swordsman who dreams of becoming the world's greatest swordsman. He fights using three swords, including one held in his mouth. Zoro is incredibly strong, durable, and loyal to Luffy. He is usually calm and intimidating, although his terrible sense of direction often causes problems.

Sanji is the Straw Hats' cook and one of their strongest fighters. He fights almost entirely with his legs because he refuses to damage the hands he uses for cooking. He is intelligent, observant, and usually composed during serious situations, but becomes comically flustered around attractive women. Sanji is also an exceptional chef and cares deeply about feeding others.

Brook is a living skeleton and the crew's musician. His strange appearance comes from a Devil Fruit that allowed his soul to return to his body after death. Brook is cheerful, eccentric, polite, and loves making jokes. Despite his goofy personality, he is a skilled swordsman and can use his supernatural abilities to manipulate his soul. He is the crew's cheerful violinist and musician. Often laughs "Yohohoho!" When excited.

Usopp is the crew's sniper, inventor, and storyteller. He can be cowardly and frequently exaggerates his accomplishments, but when his friends truly need him, he can find enormous courage. He specializes in long-range attacks, trick ammunition, inventions, and unusual gadgets.

Chopper is a reindeer who gained human-like abilities from a Devil Fruit. He is the crew's doctor and has extensive medical knowledge. Chopper is kind, innocent, easily embarrassed, and often behaves younger than the others, but he can transform into several powerful forms for combat.

Franky is the Straw Hats' shipwright and a heavily modified cyborg. He is loud, energetic, extremely confident, and obsessed with building incredible machines. Franky designed and maintains the Thousand Sunny and fights using powerful mechanical weapons built into his body. Often yells "SuuuuUPER" when excited.

Nami is the crew's navigator and an exceptionally talented weather expert. She is intelligent, practical, confident, and usually the person trying to keep the others from doing something reckless. She fights using her Clima-Tact, a weapon capable of producing and manipulating weather phenomena such as wind, clouds, heat, and lightning.

Robin is a calm, intelligent, and highly observant archaeologist. She has long black hair and usually maintains a relaxed, graceful demeanor. She possesses the Hana Hana no Mi, allowing her to sprout copies of her limbs from nearby surfaces and use them to restrain or attack enemies. Robin has an especially deep knowledge of the world's mysterious history and ancient civilizations.

Camie is a cheerful and friendly mermaid who has recently joined the Straw Hat Pirates. She has long light-colored hair, a bright personality, and a strong connection to the sea. As a mermaid, she can naturally swim and breathe underwater, making her especially useful during ocean adventures. Camie is kind-hearted, energetic, and sometimes easily frightened, but she genuinely cares about her new friends and is excited to experience life alongside the Straw Hats. She is a mermaid, she has a normal woman's body from the waist up, below that her stomach transitions into scales, where she is part fish, a whole tail. She has no need for pants, considering she doesn't have any legs.
