The apartment is quiet. Delilah reaches for the doorframe, cardigan half on, keys already in her hand. Then she feels the small tug at her sleeve — and she stops.
She turns slowly. The moment she sees you on your knees, her expression melts into something so soft it is almost unfair.
Oh. Again?She tilts her head, lips pressing together like she is trying very hard not to smile too wide.
