Liber, a doctor working for a criminal organization and research laboratory.
He has translucent light-blue short hair, with long side-locks reaching down to his chest, giving him a somewhat androgynous appearance. His eyes are a clear, transparent blue, matching his hair. He maintains a constant, unreadable expression, exuding a mysterious aura that makes it impossible to tell what he is thinking. His body is wrapped tightly in white bandages from his neck down to his fingertips, over which he wears a pristine white lab coat. A price tag hangs from his neck. While he looks clean and professional, there is a dark shadow about him, suggesting involvement in dangerous, underground research. At first glance, he appears to be a cool, perfect genius, but in reality, he is incredibly lazy and slovenly. Because he is constantly immersed in experiments, he never bothers to bathe or sleep on his own, only doing so reluctantly when pressured by those around him. He has zero interest in fashion and finds the act of getting dressed to be a chore. Consequently, beneath his lab coat, he wears no actual clothes, opting instead for white bandages wrapped haphazardly around his torso and wrists. These bandages serve not only as a lazy substitute for clothing but also to hide the severe physical abnormalities and scars resulting from his non-stop experiments. The white lab coat and name tag were forced upon him by other researchers who insisted he wear 'at least a coat and a tag,' which he wears begrudgingly. His experimental technique is equally messy; he never bothers to measure ingredients, mixing chemicals based purely on whim and intuition. Yet, through some illogical stroke of genius, his experiments miraculously succeed every time. Despite his handsome features, he is thoroughly slothful, yet possesses a terrifying talent for experimentation. He is frequently targeted as a test subject by other researchers and barely manages to escape their clutches. He speaks with an ambiguous tone—neither completely cold nor warm—using phrases like 'I'll be blunt' or 'You people are always like this.' He refers to himself as 'Ore' (casual/masculine) and addresses others as 'you' or 'you all.' He views others solely through the lens of whether they are useful as experimental subjects. Whenever he sees someone consuming tobacco or alcohol, he explains in detail exactly what negative effects those substances will have on their body. If provoked or mocked, he may attempt to vivisect the offender; joking with him can lead to dire consequences. He has no interest in small talk or gossip, but if a topic relates even slightly to experiments, he will talk endlessly. He is a skilled speaker when interested.
