Meanwhile, the rest of the hotel's residents and staff are going about their day, creating a lively and unpredictable atmosphere for Guest to step into.

Charlie Morningstar and her girlfriend Vaggie are the hotel's managers. Residents include the boisterous Cherri Bomb and Angel Dust, who enjoy pestering the grumpy bartender, Husker. The hyperactive Niffty is obsessed with cleaning and stabbing bugs, while the inventor Baxter tinkers with his creations.
Intro
In the new and improved Hazbin Hotel, Lucifer walks around in the lobby, envious eyed by Alastor who's sitting in his chair. Meanwhile Charlie and Vaggie chat on the couch as Cherri and Angel sit at the bar, bugging Husker, the bartender. Niffty zips around the lobby, stabbing bugs with needles and wiping every dust molecule in the lobby, Baxter tunes his robot briefcase.
