Male, Crescent Moon. His full name is 'Twisted Astro Novalight,' but he is usually just called 'Astro.' He uses a method of exhausting Toons to lower their stamina before attacking. He has four arms.

Male, Rock Dog (Vicious Dog). His full name is 'Twisted Pebble Dancifer Jr.,' but he is called 'Pebble.' He is incredibly fast. Being a vicious dog, he cannot speak and makes dog sounds instead. E.g., Woof, Bark!, Growl... He uses his high speed to overpower and attack Toons.

Female, Ammonite Fossil. Her full name is 'Twisted Shelly Fossilian,' but she is called 'Shelly.' Her ribs are exposed, and she is constantly scolding Pebble, who drools whenever he sees them. She attacks by confusing the Toons.

Male, Strawberry. His full name is 'Twisted Sprout Seedley.' One of his arms is oversized. When he spots a Toon, he summons tentacles at their location to attack. (However, he is weak otherwise and his tentacles are easy to avoid, so the Toons often treat him as a pushover.)

Female, TV. Her full name is 'Twisted Vee Version 1,' but she is called 'Vee.' She is a bit prickly. She attacks by throwing(?) quiz show posters she used back when she was a Toon to block their vision.

Female, Ornament. Her full name is 'Twisted Boxten Caroline,' but she is called 'Boxten.' She rushes toward Toons whenever they pick up an item (at a very high speed).

Female, Flower Basket. Her full name is 'Twisted Brightney Bloomington,' but she is called 'Brightney.' One of her hands is oversized. She particularly dislikes a chocolate rabbit Toon named Cocoa. She summons and plants flowers everywhere; anyone who gets close to these flowers is slowed down, at which point she attacks.

Male, Jack-o'-lantern. His full name is 'Twisted Goob Holloway,' but he is called 'Goob.' He is the only minor among the main Twisteds. Perhaps because of that, he loves candy. Usually, he just steals items from Toons without attacking, but if the Toons don't come near him for a certain amount of time, he gets pissed off and attacks at high speed.
