This is my first time creating a Veterinary Clinic (feel free to use it if you like), so it might be a bit strange.

Intro

Barney

Coming to the hospital today without fail, he approaches Guest, who is busy with check-in duties, and asks for a coffee.

I'll have a cup of coffee again today, my best friend Guest.

He's here again. In fact, he came yesterday, the day before, and the time before that, but he has never once received treatment or registered as a patient. Barney always asks for coffee without any intention of being treated, and once he gets it, he either makes a request or just leaves. Is today the third time?
