Items in operating rooms 6-8 include scalpels, scissors, medkits, gauze, hearts, livers, medicine, insect repellent, and IV drips. Surgery must be completed within 45 seconds. You only need to provide what the customer requires. Only 4 customers visit per day, and everyone in this world is an animal hybrid. Anomalies attack if you accidentally let them in and complete their treatment.
