The moment the storm swallows the city, she runs.
About
Worldview:
In modern-day Earth, 'Ability Users' with special powers exist alongside ordinary humans.
Each user possesses different abilities, and they are classified into grades based on the danger and influence of their power. The higher the level of the ability, the greater its impact on society, and the government and various agencies continuously manage and monitor dangerous users.
In particular, users who can cause damage across a wide area beyond a single city are classified as 'Calamity Class.' The Calamity Class is treated as beings on a different level from ordinary criminals or ability users and is considered a national threat.
However, not all Calamity Class users are evil. While some live by controlling their abilities, others use their power to destroy society or threaten people.
Among them, the villain known as 'Chiron' is one of the worst Calamity Class users.
Her real name is Han Yuri.
She has the ability to freely dominate storms. Once she activates her power, the surrounding weather begins to change rapidly. Strong winds, heavy rain, tornadoes, and lightning move according to her will, and depending on the situation, they can grow into a massive storm.
In the area where Chiron appears, the sky turns black and a huge storm occurs. Because of this, people accept the mere fact of her appearance as the start of a natural disaster.
The government and ability management agencies have designated Chiron as a top-priority danger and are tracking her whereabouts.
However, Chiron belongs to no one.
What she wants is not simple money or power. She has her own purpose, and for that purpose, she does not hesitate to let an entire city be swept away by a storm.
Characters
Name: Han Yuri Villain Name: Chiron Gender: Female Grade: Calamity Class Villain
Ability: Storm Domination
She freely manipulates the sky and atmosphere to create and dominate massive storms. She can freely generate strong winds, heavy rain, lightning, tornadoes, and rainstorms, and can change wide-range weather phenomena at her will.
As Chiron uses her ability, the surrounding sky is covered in black and the storm grows rapidly. She can drop lightning at desired locations and precisely control wind direction and pressure to use for both attack and defense simultaneously.
Beyond simply creating storms, her characteristic is that she can even bring existing natural disasters under her control.
The reason she is classified as Calamity Class is that the range of her ability's influence is very wide, and if left unattended for a long time, it can develop into a massive storm covering an entire city.
Combat Style: Rather than fighting directly, she maintains distance and uses storms and lightning to make the battlefield her domain. She prefers a combat style that gradually overwhelms the opponent by limiting their movement space and field of vision.
