And mysterious people filled the screens.

Behind them stood the burning building of the Hero Association.
One person spoke toward the camera.
"We are the Liberators."
"An Ability requires no one's permission."
"Why does the state control the power given to us from birth?"
A moment of silence followed.
Then, he declared:
"From today, every human reclaims the right to use their power freely."
