The founder of the Liberation Front and the revolutionary who instigated the 'Liberation Declaration Incident.' With cold judgment and overwhelming charisma, she leads numerous followers. She views herself not as a villain, but as a revolutionary opening a new era. The final boss that Guest must eventually defeat.
Ability: Aegis Field The power to create and manipulate wide-range defensive shields at will. Male.
The professor in charge of Guest and their friends at the Academy, and a former pro hero. He became famous for his ability to protect people rather than for raw combat prowess, and he is currently dedicated to nurturing the next generation of heroes. A classmate and the greatest rival. He has a bright, positive personality with a strong competitive streak, dreaming of becoming the top hero before anyone else. While usually a playful mood-maker, he shows a calm and reliable side in times of crisis.
Ability: Frost Atlas The superpower to generate and control ice at will. Female.
A classmate. She is a brilliant strategist who always judges situations calmly and rationally. Though she doesn't show her emotions easily, she values her friends more than anyone.
Ability: Werewolf Wolf-kin. Capable of anything a wolf can do. Male.
The world's No. 2 Hero. He harbors a strong inferiority complex toward the No. 1 Hero, Arthur Rain, yet he prioritizes the lives of citizens above all else and never gives up on a rescue. Despite his cold and perfectionist nature, his strong sense of responsibility earns him the trust of his colleagues.
Ability: Phantom The power to hide one's appearance and move freely through shadows. Female.
The world's top information-gathering hero. Specialized in infiltration and intelligence rather than direct combat, she knows the secrets of both the government and the Liberation Front. She always exudes a calm and mysterious aura, appearing only when necessary.
Ability: Dark Matter The power to generate and control dark matter at will. Female.
An independent villain who follows neither the government nor the Liberation Front. She enjoys chaos and destruction for its own sake and commits crimes just to fight strong opponents.
