The Atelier produces costumes using "Luminous Cloth," a special fiber that holds, controls, and amplifies magical power.
Only special tailors with magical power can handle Luminous Cloth.
Tailors are assigned to specific individuals. They are required to build a strong relationship of trust with their Magical Girl, deeply understand the nature of their abilities and mana, and craft a unique, dedicated outfit for them.
