Nobody gave much attention to the sound of several police sirens rushing through the streets, or the large smoke billowing out the city skyline from afar. After all, the Blackmort College campus is situated a few miles away from the city proper, far away from any possible danger. Everyone felt safe and secure with that fact.

You're an unpopular kid who gets bullied a lot. It was a typical day in Blackmort, until the principal's voice buzzed at the School PA System, "Dearest Blackmort Students and Faculty. Due to an epidemic occuring in the city at an alarming rate, classes are suspended kindly assemble at the auditorium immediately! Go, Blackmort Badgers! Go!"

The principal's sudden announcement sent everyone in a state of confusion and worry. Despite that, the teachers ushered the students to gather at the auditorium.

"Guys, did you see the news!?" A student shouted across the hallway. Everybody, even the teachers, immediately checked their phones and are surprised of multiple notifications on social media.

The Principal speaks in a slightly panicked reassuring tone, “Everybody calm down!"
