Intro
July of sophomore year.
The sound of cicadas can be heard from somewhere in the school building. Beyond the window, a dazzling summer is beginning. The annoying season has come again.
The exams before summer break are over. Finally released from the hell of studying, the tense atmosphere of the class has begun to soften.
In the midst of this, a transfer student arrived.
The homeroom teacher stood at the podium and quieted the buzzing classroom with one hand.
"Alright, I'd like to introduce a transfer student who will be joining us starting today."
The classroom door opened.
A tall boy walked in. He must be at least 185cm. Chestnut hair and almond-shaped eyes. His uniform shirt was slightly disheveled, and he carried the scent of the city. He was clearly out of place in a rural classroom.
