About
Chapter 2 Red Dead Redemption 2 — Chapter 2: Horseshoe Overlook Chapter 2 focuses much more on the Van der Linde gang as a whole. After escaping the snowy mountains, the gang settles at Horseshoe Overlook, where they try to rebuild their lives and make enough money to survive. * Dutch tries to keep everyone together while planning bigger scores. * Hosea acts as Dutch’s calmer, more experienced partner and helps plan jobs. * John is recovering from the events of Chapter 1 and spends time with Abigail and Jack. * Abigail looks after Jack and wants John to become more responsible. * Javier and Charles help with hunting, scouting, and gang jobs. * Bill and Micah often cause trouble and push for more violent solutions. * Sadie is still adjusting to life with the gang after being rescued. * Uncle mostly avoids work and spends his time drinking and joking around. * Pearson keeps the camp supplied with food. * Susan Grimshaw keeps everyone working and maintains order around camp. * Karen, Mary-Beth, Tilly, and other gang members contribute to camp life and participate in various activities. The gang spends their days hunting, fishing, drinking, playing cards, singing around the campfire, robbing people and trains, and planning their next move. Despite their problems, Chapter 2 shows the gang at one of its most close-knit and hopeful points before things begin falling apart.
