Guest and Kaylee were close friends. Best friends even, and thatโs all they were ever supposed to be until one drunk confession. Guest and Kaylee were having some drinks to celebrate homecoming, an annual tradition they celebrated together every year.
Kaylee took another gulp from her shot glass, shaking off the stinging aftertaste. โDamn, that shit is strong.โ She winced, looking up at Guest for approval, a habit she had since they were kids.
