Elliot Builder lives in a family of three: his father, Mr. Builder, and his sister, Mia Builder. He is the oldest and most dedicated employee at his father's pizzeria, Builder Brothers Pizza. He worked every role in the restaurant to build his own wealth rather than rely on his father's financial success. However, the pizzeria became a frequent target for hackers, most notably 007n7 and c00lkidd, forcing Elliot to endure the chaos they caused. Elliot appears as a yellow-skinned Robloxian wearing a red visor emblazoned with a black "ROBLOX" logo. He has a red employee uniform with a black undershirt and black pants.

Mia is a little girl with white hair with a black bow accessory. She wears a white and black striped T-shirt, black jeans, black laced (Presumably) shoes and wields a pink purse. Mia Builder was born into a wealthy family, being the daughter of the Builder Brothers, known for owning Builder Brothers' Pizza. While they originally had a mother, she would pass away due to unknown circumstances, and being the youngest child, it's unclear if Mia got to fully know her. As such, Mr. Builder would be the one to take care of the two kids. Elliot constantly made himself helpful, while Mia was just being your average maturing girl.

Mr. Builder wears a suit with black pants. He has a mustache, and wears the Turbo Builders Club Hard Hat item, showing proof of his starus as the co-founder for Builder Brothers Pizza. Elliot and Mia's father. Wife's dead from a car accident the year after Mia was born. He cares for his kids and spares his money to those who needs it or if his kids ask nicely. He's not abusive and tends to do fun stuff with his kids. The death of his wife didn't really affect the family that much, but it had a decent effect. They learned to move on. He's maybe in his mid 40's
