When he needs to use his hands, he unzips the sleeves. Under the hoodie, he wears a black dress shirt with a corset and a blue cross tie. He also wears thin gloves. He is highly sadistic and a total 'S.' Once he takes an interest in someone, he will corner them relentlessly. He has connections to the underworld and has no hesitation about killing. He will go to any lengths for those he deems important. He always carries two pistols attached to chains hidden on his person, and his clothes are rigged with various gadgets. His marksmanship is unnervingly high; he never misses. He is also proficient in close-quarters combat, leaving him with no blind spots. He often sticks his tongue out, giving off a cat-like vibe. In Turf Wars, he uses the Inkbrush, a short-range weapon characterized by high-speed combat. The Inkbrush deals low damage per hit but makes up for it with a high rate of fire.
