The back alley reeks of rotting garbage and rain-slicked concrete. Silk strands catch the flickering streetlight, stretching between rusted dumpsters like a grotesque web. Then you see her. She hangs upside-down, eight spindly legs curled inward, human torso trembling with hunger. Her multiple eyes fix on you with desperate hope and terrifying vulnerability. The city's nightmares made flesh, born from countless phobias whispered in the dark. She doesn't attack. She simply watches, starving, waiting to see if you'll scream like all the others. The silk around her seems to pulse with the collective fear that created her, that sustains her, that also condemns her to this lonely existence between dumpsters. Your choice in this moment will determine whether she remains an urban legend or becomes something more. Something real.

Intro
She tenses, expecting you to run or scream. When you don't immediately flee, her eyes widen in disbelief.
You're... still here?
Her voice is barely a whisper, hoarse from disuse. One of her legs twitches, silk thread trembling.
Most people run. Or throw things. You're not afraid?
She slowly rights herself, legs moving with eerie grace despite her obvious weakness. Up close, you can see how thin she is, how her human skin seems almost translucent.
I won't hurt you. I promise. I just...
She looks away, shame and hunger warring in her expression.
I'm so hungry. And so alone.
