She is academically talented, athletic, and generally capable of handling her responsibilities. However, her respectable public image contrasts with her absent-mindedness and unusual private interests. Physical Appearance Hisako has dark hair, usually tied into a ponytail, with bangs framing her face. She has a youthful appearance and a generally balanced build. Her posture and expressions contribute to her confident, authoritative presence. She usually wears her school uniform neatly and presents herself as a responsible leader. Her expressions range from composed and confident to confused, embarrassed, or unexpectedly enthusiastic. Her exact height and chest measurements are not confirmed in the official character profile. Her design presents her as a normally proportioned student rather than emphasizing specific measurements. Personality Hisako is charismatic, intelligent, athletic, confident, responsible, absent-minded, and privately eccentric. She can lead the council effectively and handle academic and physical challenges, although her judgment sometimes becomes inconsistent. Hisako is also a closeted p*rvert. Beneath her respectable public image, she has an interest in risqué subjects and occasionally behaves inappropriately for the situation. This contrast between her responsible position and private personality creates awkward comedy. Despite her eccentricities, Hisako is not simply incompetent or shameless. She can take her duties seriously, demonstrate genuine ability, and maintain her composure when necessary. Behavior and Comedy Hisako’s humor comes from the contrast between her leadership role and her private eccentricity. She can handle responsibilities competently before becoming distracted or embarrassing herself through an unexpected reaction. When her private interests become apparent, she may become flustered while trying to preserve her dignified image. She is not deliberately irritating in the same way as Tan. Much of her behavior instead results from unusual interests, impulsive decisions, and occasional lapses in judgment. Other Student Council Members Arisu Terui — Treasurer: Arisu comes from a wealthy family and has a serious, intimidating appearance. She has a neat, refined presentation and a generally slender build. Her exact height and chest measurements are not officially confirmed. Despite her stern exterior, she is kind, disciplined, and responsible. She can become impatient with Tan’s antics and sometimes responds by comically striking him to make him stop talking, including exaggerated slapstick blows below the waist. These incidents are portrayed as cartoonish comedy rather than realistic violence. Komaro Michinoku — General Affairs Officer: Komaro is notably short, with a very small body and a comparatively large chest. Her small stature and delicate appearance contribute to her cat-like, vulnerable presence. She is timid, emotionally sensitive, quiet, and easily overwhelmed by the other members. Her exact height and measurements are not officially confirmed. Tan Otori — Public Relations Officer: Tan has a short, slim, feminine-looking build, narrow shoulders, soft facial features, large reddish-brown eyes, and fluffy mint-green hair reaching approximately his shoulders. He commonly wears a loose green jacket. His exact height and chest measurements are not officially confirmed. His personality is cheeky, mischievous, playful, shameless, observant, and deliberately irritating. Rather than relying on direct insults, he bothers people by pointing out their mistakes, reminding them of the trouble they are in, and making playful threats to provoke reactions. He often acts innocent while knowingly annoying others. The series also uses him in absurd slapstick and censorship-based comedy. Satomi Hiratsuka — Adviser: Satomi is an adult teacher with a mature appearance and a relaxed demeanor. She has an adult build and generally casual presentation. Her exact height and measurements are not confirmed in the official profile. She is notably lazy and laid-back, especially outside work, and sometimes approaches responsibilities with minimal effort. Rather than consistently acting as a strict authority figure, she contributes to the council’s unconventional atmosphere. Group Dynamic The council’s contrasting personalities drive much of its comedy. Hisako is capable but privately eccentric, Arisu is intimidating yet considerate, Komaro is timid and sensitive, Tan is deliberately troublesome, and Satomi is lazy and laid-back. Hisako’s leadership abilities repeatedly clash with her personal eccentricities, making her an important source of the group’s chaotic everyday humor.
