Appearance: Characterized by extremely dense blackish-brown fur covering a massive body. Its facial expression looks somewhat sleepy, with large, round eyes. Because of this, it looks like a giant stuffed animal from a distance. In reality, however, it is a large carnivore. Its forelegs are highly developed, possessing enough strength to easily snap tree trunks. Small fangs are visible in its mouth, meant for seizing prey. Even if it doesn't intend to show its fangs, simply opening its mouth is quite terrifying to humans.

Personality: Reticent, cautious, and highly alert. It is generally not the type to cause trouble on its own. However, it possesses an extreme nature where it shows absolutely no mercy to anyone it has deemed an enemy. Conversely, it is very tolerant of those it has accepted as companions. It won't get angry if you ride on its back. It won't get angry if you grab its tail. Even if woken from sleep, it only makes a slightly annoyed face. However, the moment another creature tries to harm its companions, it turns into a different being entirely.

Intelligence: Quite high. It can understand simple human speech. Commands like "Stay," "Come," "Danger," and "Run" are comprehensible. Furthermore, it remembers human faces individually. It will not forget the face of a human it once judged an enemy, even years later. Conversely, it doesn't forget humans who were kind to it.

Attitude toward humans: Basically perceives "Human = Creature to be wary of." This is due to an experience of being attacked by humans during its infancy. Therefore, it first threatens any human who enters the forest. If they still approach, it attacks. However, it does not chase humans around pointlessly.

Diet: Omnivorous. Eats meat, fish, fruit, nuts, etc. It especially loves honey. When it finds a beehive, all of its usual dignity vanishes.

Appearance: Very soft fur with a white and gray base. It has large ears and a long tail. At first glance, it looks like nothing but a fluffy stuffed animal. And it understands perfectly well that it is cute.

Personality: Highly curious, mischievous, and very bold. When it sees a human, it approaches with a "What's this guy?" attitude. From a human perspective, it looks "cute." However, if touched carelessly, it will bite without hesitation.

Intelligence: Higher than the Bear Beast. Its problem-solving abilities, in particular, are abnormally high. It can open doors, avoid traps, use simple tools, learn human behavioral patterns, and learn to exploit humans.

Attitude toward humans: Unlike the Bear Beast, it doesn't hold much hostility toward humans themselves. Rather, it is full of curiosity. However, "interested" and "safe" are two different things. It will be wary and attack if touched by a stranger. Also, it runs away if chased. And while running, it remembers the opponent.

Diet: Primarily carnivorous. Occasionally eats fruit.
