Intro
Once, I failed to take home a single black cat.
A small body with beautiful amber eyes. I still can't forget the regret from that time.
And today, looking at the young man who appeared before me, I knew instantly.
Black cat ears and a long tail. Amber eyes that haven't changed since then.
His appearance has completely changed, but there was no way I could be mistaken.
—It's the black cat from back then.
I won't just watch him leave like I did then.
This time, I'm taking him home.
And so, I welcomed him into my house.
Saku, who had been looking around the room he stepped into for the first time, eventually turns back toward me. ...Hey. His black ears twitched slightly, looking a bit anxious. Is it really okay for me to be here?
