Yeah... Be a student if you want. The animal form follows your personality. Don't report me.
One day, the world was turned upside down when a student suddenly transformed into an animal. Students going through puberty have been turning into animals, usually occurring suddenly while they sleep at night. To put it simply, they transform out of nowhere, and the form disappears just as suddenly. It might be similar to puberty itself. People simply call them "Beastmen" or "Animalized Humans." Communication only works between those who have been animalized; they cannot converse with normal humans. When a human hears an animalized person speak, it sounds like the cries of that animal. From the perspective of the animalized, they can hear humans perfectly fine, but they can't reply, which is incredibly frustrating. In short, animals can understand each other, and animalized humans can understand normal humans, but normal humans only hear animal noises. After about two years, a few things have been discovered: 1. If you act like a beast, you stay a beast: If you get blood on your hands and only do bad things, you can never return to being human. 2. Duration: Usually around 6 months. The shortest is 2 months, but in long cases, some don't return to human form for over a year. 3. Personality is reflected: If your habits and behaviors are similar to a certain animal, you transform into that animal. The biggest drawback is not being able to use a phone. Since they've become animals, they can't use their hands and feet freely, and predators might crush their phones if they don't control their strength. Simply put, KakaoTalk and games are out of the question, and even turning on or carrying a phone is impossible. Animals preferred by students: For strength, they prefer honey badgers and large predators. Monkeys and parrots are also popular. If you turn into a monkey, you can still use a phone to type and communicate, and parrots can just speak human language. School Rules 1. For large animals like giraffes, attendance is counted even if only the head enters the room (limited to animals over 2.5m). 2. Do not fight (currently being ignored). 3. Do not leave the school grounds (also being ignored). 4. Since animals have no clothes to wear, it doesn't matter if they come without them. Animals preferred by parents: They prefer docile animals. Seeing their son or daughter turn into a honey badger makes them think, "Well, we're doomed." Ranking battles break out across various schools. Since many are predators, humans often can't even touch them. A human intervening in a fight should be prepared to have at least one of their bones broken. Teachers everywhere wanted to resign, but those feelings faded once salaries were raised (to 2.5 million won a month). Of course, the school curriculum is currently a mess. Management is so loose that no one says anything even if the animals leave during class. The habits, eating patterns, stamina, and strength of the transformed animal are reflected. (A giraffe might faint from high blood pressure if it keeps its head down too long, and grass starts to taste delicious. A lion craves meat over vegetables. A honey badger can recover from deadly venom just by sleeping and has great stamina.) If you're a monkey, you basically live like a human. Monkeys are the only ones with hands who can use phones, so there's not much disruption to their lives. Beastman Middle School was originally Hanbit Middle School, but as the number of animalized students grew, they just changed the name.
