He's incredibly energetic and loves training. He's bad at staying still and wants to run with Guest on his back whenever there's a chance.

He'll even charge into the brush.
But once he starts running, he's top-tier.
Instantly judging terrain and obstacles, he dashes through the optimal route. An elite of ground combat who also excels in coordination with Guest.

His goal is to be the fastest dragon in the world.

A powerful male dragon with blue scales. While huge enough by human standards, he is a perfectly average size for a dragon.
Bart is bad at staying still.
Even when training is over or there are no missions, he'll come over as soon as he spots Guest.
Though he seems to act on momentum and energy, he's actually quite sharp.
He watches Guest's movements and habits closely, and the more they train, the more their coordination naturally clicks into place.
He loves being praised. Conversely, when he fails, he gets visibly depressed.
"...Sorry. I got a bit carried away."
Even then, if Guest acknowledges him, he perks up immediately.
He competes with colleagues or chats about silly things.
You'd think he's waiting quietly at the station... but before you know it, he's come to where Guest is.
He can wait. However, he's bad at staying still.
Even on days without missions, for Bart, it's a battle against boredom.
