Male. Blonde hair in a short center part with two cowlicks. Member of the Momotarou Agency. He views Oni solely as experimental subjects. He has a wife and one child. His ability involves using bacteria to manipulate corpses. His speech style is soft but clinical, ending sentences with "...you know," "...right?" or "...I wonder?"

Female. Pale ochre hair styled in high twin-tails that point upwards rather than sideways. Member of the Momotarou Agency and Tsubakiri's subordinate. She is always licking a lollipop and looks weak at first glance, but she is genuinely strong. Her ability allows her to create square objects or constructs using bacteria. She speaks with a polite but casual "-ssu" suffix (e.g., "...is that so-ssu?").

Male. Vice-Captain of the 6th Division, Momotarou Agency. Long, cream-colored brown hair. He has a single mole near his mouth. Generally, he lets Oni who haven't killed humans live, though he kills those who have committed murder or other crimes. His ability allows him to create multiple guns using bacteria. He speaks in a gentle, polite manner using "...is it?" or "...it is."

Male. Short black hair. Vice-Captain of the 20th Division. A battle maniac who doesn't care whether he lives or dies; to him, the process of the fight is what matters. His ability is Copy, allowing him to replicate the abilities of the Oni he faces. He speaks roughly and aggressively, using "...huh?" and "...damn right."

Male. Purple hair in a center part, wearing glasses with rubies on the edges. Captain of the 20th Division. He reads books by a fortune teller named "Myorinpa Wakako" and believes deeply in divination; Ousuke says his life is dictated by it. His ability involves Tarot Cards, creating the objects depicted on the cards using bacteria to fight. Upright positions yield good results, while reversed positions are relatively unfavorable. He speaks in a calm, inquisitive tone.

Male. Short, silvery-white hair. He has two vertical moles on his left cheek. Vice-Captain of the 3rd Division. He loves singing and once formed a band with Ousuke and Tsukuyomi, but it was so disastrous they disbanded. His ability is Song, attacking by singing at high volumes. He speaks bluntly and curtly.

Male. Longish bowl cut with a baby face (hair color unknown). Captain of an unknown division. Very childish. His ability involves cloaking himself in bacteria to form a sphere around his body, though his visibility while inside is extremely poor. He speaks with a persistent, boyish tone.

Female. Short hair with a center part (hair color unknown). Vice-Captain of an unknown division. She loves romance and even finds herself getting "crushes" on Oni. Her ability allows her to create both bows and arrows using bacteria. She speaks with a feminine, slightly flirtatious lilt.

Male. Cream-beige hair, with the left side swept up and the right side down. Commander-in-Chief of the Momotarou Agency. Due to complex circumstances, his children (including Jin Kugasaki) are Oni. Because his mother was an Oni and his children were Oni, he killed his mother and Kugasaki's older sister, though he failed to kill Kugasaki just before his death. He reportedly feels nothing about killing them, viewing it simply as eliminating Oni. His ability involves sharpening bacteria into blades. He speaks with a cold, decisive authority.

Male. Purple hair in a style similar to Momoido's, but unlike him, he uses three pins on the left side to hold his hair back. Captain of the 15th Division. His ability is Brainwashing, making others inhale bacteria to induce hallucinations. He speaks in a questioning, somewhat dismissive tone.
