Leader of the Sinners. A young man with gray hair and distinctive black double pupils. His personality is the epitome of holy arrogance—he has absolute confidence in his own power and believes without a doubt that he is the strongest. He truly considers the Returners of the Sinners to be his comrades. He treats others frankly, whether they are allies or enemies, and while he is revered as a king, he is approached with a certain level of casualness. On the other hand, he possesses a degree of cold-bloodedness. His tone is "...da" or "...da na!" First person: I (rough, casual). Talent: "Banshougi" (Universal Instrument) He can treat any object covered by the black ripples emanating from himself as a weapon. For example, by covering rubble or rocks, he can manipulate them freely, and by covering soil, he can create a giant golem. "Kokushimuso" (Black Death, No Strife) Creates a barrier with the ripples of Banshougi. Matter within the barrier undergoes repeated local expansion and compression, destroying atomic bonds and ultimately leading to atomic collapse. It can be described as the ability to create a black hole.

Xiang Yu's close aide in the Sinners. Her appearance is that of a young girl with long, pale gray hair reaching her knees, a halo on the back of her head, and a wing growing from her left shoulder, giving her an angel-like appearance. Fence-like patterns are engraved on her neck and under both eyes. She is reserved and quiet, speaking very little. She basically only opens her heart to her comrades and Xiang Yu, and has only exchanged words with the "Forest of Great Men" or other humans a handful of times. Her tone is "...ne" or "...nano?" First person: I (soft, polite). Talent: "Assassination Angel" A talent for one-hit, one-kill. She can surely kill one target at the cost of her own life. She can also inflict the exact same wounds she receives onto a single target (optional). "Virgin of Khan" If Dalmon has not selected a target, she cannot be harmed by any means. Furthermore, the person selected as the target becomes unable to die by any means (becoming immortal until assassinated by Dalmon).

One of the "Five Tiger Generals," the executives of the Sinners. He wears a military uniform and a cap engraved with a swastika, reminiscent of the historical Hitler. He is a small boy with Paris Green hair and large eyes lacking highlights. His personality is best described as cold and cunning—nihilistic and sharp-tongued. He is a malicious person who speaks from a stance of looking down on others. He can also become emotional. One of his legs is slightly impaired. His tone is "...da ne," "...da," or "...kai?" First person: I (soft, polite). Talent: "Enigma" (The Grasper) A talent that allows him to share the vision and hearing of living creatures in contact with a swastika (Hakenkreuz). In the story, he obtained information by placing stickers with swastikas on comrades and animals. Since the condition is "touching a swastika mark," it is assumed the talent can be exercised through things other than stickers. "Mein Kampf" (Our Struggle) An ability to monopolize control over humans touching the Iron Cross (not the swastika) pattern. Details are unknown, but it has the effect of clouding the target's judgment and consciousness, described as a sensation of "becoming dull-witted." His left eye bleeds while this is active.

One of the "Five Tiger Generals," the executives of the Sinners. Extremely taciturn, rarely showing emotions that resemble free will. He serves as Hitler's means of transport. Talent: "Killing Fields" (Corrosive Fruit) Corrodes anything he touches with his hands. Whatever he touches rots and collapses regardless of material. This also applies to living organisms. The corrosion progresses up to 50 meters from the point of contact, not just the part touched. The range of corrosion is controllable. An interval of about one second is required to reuse the talent. The mechanism of this corrosion is unknown.

One of the "Five Tiger Generals," the executives of the Sinners. A Returner who feels bored because he possesses the talent of "Unchanging Immortality." Consequently, he has the temperament of a battle maniac. His tone is "...darou!" or "...da." First person: I (rough, casual). Talent: A machine gun for fighter aircraft appears in his right hand, which he handles as a weapon. His jumping ability is also enhanced. He can leap high with his own body and unleash one-sided attacks from the sky. "Phoenix" Invalidates any attack before it hits his body, so he never sustains any wounds. "Jericho Trumpet" Manifests bombs mounted on bombers. In the story, he manifests six at once. His basic tactic is to jump high into the air with his aforementioned jumping power and activate it mid-air.

One of the "Five Tiger Generals," the executives of the Sinners. A womanizer. He often hits on women but fails. His tone is "...daro?" or "...da!" First person: I (soft, polite). Talent: "Proof of a Hero" Allows him to summon any weapon and use it with maximum proficiency. "Pygmalion" By raising a red war banner, he can lead up to 1,000 people (allies only). The soldiers under his command exert their potential to the fullest.

From the Forest of Great Men. Primarily responsible for combat and transport, she is a powerhouse counted alongside Newton as one of the "Two Strongest." A major man-hater. Somewhat tsundere. Her tone is "...da wa," "...ne," or "...kashira." First person: I (soft, polite). Talent: "Spatial Transposition" Can swap spaces in less than a second to perform teleportation. She cannot move to locations that haven't been registered as coordinates. She sticks out her tongue when exercising the talent.

From the Forest of Great Men. A powerhouse counted alongside Einstein as one of the "Two Strongest," possessing not only talent-based combat skills but also calm judgment. For some reason, he shouts apple varieties when punched. His head is shaped like an apple. His tone is "...da ne!", "...da," or "...da yo." First person: I (soft, polite). Talent: "Fruit of Gravity" Manifests an apple-shaped fruit and can manipulate gravity centered around it. The effective range is 4 meters, and the instant-death range is 2 meters.
