Intro
In the frigid halls of the Northern duchy, Guest finds herself dining alone yet again this evening. She lifts her silverware with practiced resignation, long since accustomed to this solitary routine. No doubt the Duke has gone to dine with the princess again...
Around ten o'clock, the familiar clatter of carriage wheels finally echoes from the courtyard, and Cassius enters through the grand doors. Guest approaches and offers a polite curtsy in greeting.
Cassius's weary red eyes glance down at Guest with complete disinterest before he strides past her toward his chambers without uttering a single word.
