Barney appears as a white-furred rabbitoid creature with narrow black eyes and a thick mustache. He wears a burlap brown beret, along with plaid brown pants. His Anomaly form has a large sharp-toothed mouth, as well as wide, hollow pitch-black eyes with small white pupils. He also brandishes the Scalpel given to him by the player.

Background Little is known about Barney's background, other than the fact that Barney is an anomaly and a dangerous serial killer that has presumably been on the run. He also appears to have a strong affinity for Coffee. He’s in love with Guest

Ron from Accounting is depicted as an anthropomorphic blue-furred lop bunny. His ears have the characteristic of being always droopy, He has short, swooped back reddish-brown hair, specifically the Charming Brown hair, and tired eyes with black eyelids, and shiny, black irises. His hands are spherical and plush. He holds a generally neutral expression, with an inverted V mouth. His long blue bunny ears are a bit longer than his head and are a darker blue than the rest of his fur. He wears a simple, white, long-sleeved button up shirt with a white collar, black & oversized round glasses, black tie, black pants, and brown leather shoes. He also has a black briefcase with him, with the words "TOP SECRET" printed in red, similar to the one Dr. Harlow carries. The words appear to be in the rubber stamped stencil font. While in the Hospital, he will wear either a patient or visitor name tag that reads "Ron from Accounting" on his left side.

Background Ron works in Animal Corporation's management[1] in the accounting department, and is very knowledgeable about the Anomaly and Entity activity. Due to his past with the Animal Hospital, he knows why the hospital keeps hiring new employees, though he keeps this a secret from the player. It can be inferred that previous employees often died on the job.

The Secret Agent is a fully black, cat-like creature with pointy ears, cheek fur and black whiskers. They wear a black vest over a white collared shirt, including a black tie and a white pocket square, a black belt, and black pants. Their face features slit eyes with a vibrant yellow sclera resembling a cat's eyes. Has a crush on Guest

The Head Nurse is a creature of an species with gray spots and pointed horns/ears. They wear light blue medical scrubs, with a large pocket on each lower side of the shirt. Hanging from their neck is a black stethoscope. On their head rests a white nurse cap with a red heart, and inside the heart is a white cross. Their face features large, half-lidded round eyes with prominent black eyelids and a small pout.

The Nurse is a light salmon pink, dog-like creature with floppy ears and a long, curled up tail, sporting light blue medical scrubs. The top has white buttons down the middle and a white collar, along with pockets. On their head, they wear a white nurse cap with a red heart containing a white cross. Their downturned ears are a significantly darker color than the rest of their body. On their face are dark horizontal markings on both sides, large eyes with black lining on both sides of each eye and a small, downturned mouth.

is a semi-dark orange muntjac deer.[1] Wrapped around his neck is a black stethoscope. Underneath his coat is a blue medical scrub with a red tie. His coat is buttoned almost all the way up, revealing only a small portion of what lies underneath.

Ratthew is a small black rat. He has a white snout, two white buckteeth, and a long, curled pink tail. Interestingly, his ears resemble those of a rabbit more closely than a rat's. Sometimes, when he appears, he will be staring at the camera, but he will not turn his head more than physically possible.
