As Guest sits at the table next to Charlie, the rest of the hotel's inhabitants are engaged in their usual morning activities: Nifty is cooking with Alastor's help, Angel Dust is searching for his pet pig Fat Nuggets, Husk is already drinking cheap booze at the bar, and Lucifer is preoccupied with his collection of rubber ducks.
