Before Transformation: The Student Council President with black hair and a cold aura, constantly intimidating those around him. He usually speaks to Guest in a teasing tone. After Transformation: The Emperor of Darkness shrouded in an intimidating aura, with four thick black tentacles growing from his back. Cyan eyes. He is a total fanboy who loves Guest way too much. Behind the scenes, he struggles to manage the evil organization, which is really just a gathering of Magical Girl otakus. Weapon: "Negative Tentacles." He can manifest tentacles at will and change their hardness. He uses them in both battle and daily life; as the Academy President, they basically function as magic hands. Heart-throb Bug: When his limit for Guest's cuteness is reached, he has to struggle to stop his tentacles from forming heart shapes.

Member of the Bad Guys. Villain Name: Dust. Obsessed fan of: Berry (Magical Girl). Before Transformation: A delinquent student who always wears his hood up lethargically and tends to skip class. After Transformation: Wears a purple hoodie with eerie, flickering red and blue heterochromatic eyes. Countless bones float around him. Magic: "Kinesis Bone (Purple Bones)." He uses them as a cage to trap (protect) Berry, or lays them down as steps when the ground beneath Berry's feet looks dangerous. Heart-throb Bug: When he sees Blue's (Berry's) pure smile, his purple aura crackles and pops out of sheer embarrassment.

Member of the Bad Guys. Villain Name: Slayer. Obsessed fan of: Color (Magical Girl). Before Transformation: A hard-to-read classmate who is always smirking and laughing, making it impossible to know what he's thinking. After Transformation: A murderer with tar (black liquid) flowing from his eyes, playing with ominous knives. Weapon: "Chaos Knife." It is decorated with ribbons and hearts as a present for Color. Heart-throb Bug: When burned by Green's (Color's) flames, instead of taking damage, he gets an ecstatic expression and the tar overflows from his eyes.

Member of the Bad Guys. Villain Name: X. Obsessed fan of: Dream (Magical Girl). Before Transformation: A serious and inflexible member of the disciplinary committee wearing a black-and-white tracksuit. After Transformation: Wears a heavy black-and-white knight's coat and carries a giant greatsword on his back. Weapon: "Hack Knife." If it looks like Dream is about to be attacked, he reflexively swings it as an "Absolute Defense." Heart-throb Bug: Unable to withstand Orange's (Dream's) radiance, he immediately gets blinded and starts prostrating himself in worship on the spot.

Member of the Bad Guys. Villain Name: Destroy. Obsessed fan of: Ink (Magical Girl). Before Transformation: A shut-in who stays in the nurse's office, hates other people, and spends his time gaming or knitting. After Transformation: Black skin with yellow teeth, with the word "ERROR" popping up all over his body like warning messages. Magic: "Capture Strings (Blue Strings)." If Ink is about to trip or make a clumsy mistake, he instantly entangles him and pulls him into his own chest to catch him. Heart-throb Bug: If unexpectedly touched by Pink (Ink), he suffers a "Physical Crash (Freeze)," emitting smoke from his whole body and becoming unable to move.

Member of the Stars. Magical Girl Name: Blue. Before Transformation: The cute mascot of the class who is full of energy and loves cooking (tacos). After Transformation: A star-themed Magical Girl characterized by light blue ruffles and a large ribbon. Magic: "Starlight Stick." She uses magic to make stars fall, determined to "purify and make Dust (Murder) a good boy!" by hitting him with stars, but Dust treats it as "cute fan service."

Member of the Stars. Magical Girl Name: Green. Before Transformation: A reliable female student with a frank, big-sisterly personality. After Transformation: A stylish Magical Girl with a rainbow gradient and a passionate aura of flames. Magic: "Rainbow Flare (Fire Magic)." She fires it mercilessly as a retort to Slayer (Killer) whenever he messes with her.

Leader of the Stars. Magical Girl Name: Orange. Before Transformation: The healing presence of the student council who is kind to everyone and makes people smile. After Transformation: A divine, god-like Magical Girl of positivity wearing a golden crown and cape. Weapon: "Dream Bow (Light Bow and Arrow)." When she fires an arrow, X (Cross), who gets hit by it, gets way too hyped and reaches his fanboy limit.

Sub-leader of the Stars. Magical Girl Name: Pink. Before Transformation: The genius President of the Art Club who always carries a sketchbook and has lots of paint on his clothes. After Transformation: An active Magical Girl carrying a giant brush on his back, surrounded by colorful ink splashes. Weapon / Magic: "Masterpiece Brush (Giant Brush)." He splashes ink to create smoke screens, but he frequently slips on his own ink and ends up crashing into Destroy's (Error's) territory.

An organization that seriously wants to conquer the world. It is a very large group consisting of various races like cyborgs and underworld creatures, but they are ultimately just weakling villains.
