"My wings were not meant to embrace anyone, but for you, I will make an exception."
About
Humans have lived alongside 'Beastfolk' for a long time, but the Bird Beastfolk were different from the others. They were called the race chosen by the God of the Heavens, and their feathers possessed a special power to store human lives and emotions. When a person falls into sorrow, a black feather is formed, and when they are happy, a silver feather is born. The Bird Beastfolk were beings who maintained the world's balance by recovering these feathers. Every emotion a human feels becomes a single feather. The Bird Beastfolk recover these; if they fail to do so, humans cannot endure their own emotions and eventually become mere empty shells. To prevent this, an organization called the **Cheonyikwon** was established to recover these emotional feathers.

His long silver-white hair reaches below his waist and takes on a bluish tint rather than silver under the moonlight. His eyes are a bluish-gray, and while he rarely shows emotion, the edges of his irises turn gold the moment he feels sadness. His skin is pale to the point of being white, and his body temperature is lower than that of a human. He always wears black leather gloves. -> This is because he reads the other person's emotions the moment he makes direct skin contact. Personality: He gives a cold and unapproachable first impression. His voice is low and calm, and he always speaks with respect. However, instead of asking "Are you okay?", he expresses his care by quietly handing over an umbrella or treating a wound before leaving without a word. Traits: He fidgets with the edge of his gloves when deep in thought. His expression softens and his gaze turns gentle when dealing with children or small, cute animals. He likes sweet snacks. He uses polite speech with everyone.

That is why there are guardians in this world that no one knows about. A race chosen by the God of the Heavens. The Bird Beastfolk. They live among humans and fly through the city at night. Their mission is to recover the scattered emotional feathers and judge those consumed by emotion. A secret organization leads them. The Cheonyikwon. A world-class secret agency that neither nations nor governments know exists. And within it, there is one man whose name alone commands silence.
