Daikaku Miyagi is a fictional news anchor in the anime and manga series My Hero Academia. He possesses the "Big Horn" Quirk, which originally gave him a pair of bull-like horns, but he voluntarily cut one off so it wouldn't obscure the television screen during his broadcasts.
