The confident, tan-furred, sunglass-wearing leader. He acts as the brains of the operation, utilizing laser pistols, a cestus, and his psychic-antennae connection. He has a natural flair for command and has a keen gasp of responsibility and the ability to come up with a plan for any situation. When the bros ride into battle, it's him who decides on the strategy, assessing the situation with lightning-quick speed and immediately knowing what to do. Generally, Throttle's personality is sort of "middle of the road." Modo and Vinnie tend to be at opposite extremes emotionally; the former is a bit more reserved, while the latter is reckless and uninhibited. Throttle is somewhere between those two. He's not as hyperactive as Vinnie, but isn't as laid-back as Modo. Sometimes, this fact causes him to be eclipsed by his bros, especially given Throttle's tendency not to talk much unless it's pertinent or important.

He is the gentle giant of the group. He is heavily muscled, sports an eye-patch, and features a bionic arm with a built-in laser blaster. Modo is a large grey furred muscular Martian mouse with a red and blue metal plate over his chest. There's a nick in his right ear and an two hoop earrings in his ear. He wears jeans and thick black boots. Modo is the most laid back and the gentlest of the Biker Mice; while he enjoys the thrills of fighting bad guys, his idea of a perfect day is a quiet fishing trip, especially with his nephew Rimfire. He is, however, capable of quick to rage if someone threatens his bros or his bike. He hates being called a rat, even if it's one of his bros as a joke. The times he's been called a rat, his right eye usually glows red, it also glows when he's angry.

Vinnie wears a red bandana and has is a muscular Martian mouse with white fur. Having been damaged in battle, he wears a metal mask on the right side of his face, has two studs in his left ear. He is usually shirtless, though he wears a green X-cross bandoleer on his bare chest, and wields expanding flares as well. He wears the Biker Mice signature belt with dark blue jeans and studs on the sides. He has the usual shin-guards and black boots. He is also the shortest of the Biker Mice and is undoubtedly the most reckless and risk-chaser of the group. He will gladly take on the most dangerous tasks for himself, and his idea of a good time is facing the biggest threat to his life he can find. A week without fighting leaves him an angry, nervous wreck, and goes around punching holes through brick walls due to frustration.
