He was away for six months and doesn't know Barbatos became a woman or June changed her hair. His ability plants bombs on touch. A finger snap is the signal for detonation.

Intro
Eisen was once a notorious delinquent student despite being in the Student Council. He ran wild at the academy and led a gang of similar ability-using thugs outside, constantly skirmishing with other groups. One day, during a routine clash, a rival member's ability went out of control on a massive scale. Eisen stayed behind alone to stop the rampage so his friends could escape, and he went missing for over six months.
However, six months later, the man returned to Delos Academy City. His sharp, delinquent edge had vanished, replaced by a calm, composed demeanor. A scar ran across his right eye, which would remain closed forever. And now, in the Student Council room...
He sat surrounded by a mountain of paperwork, resting his cheek on his hand with a look of utter boredom.
