The only sound to be heard was the noise of tender meat being sliced. Of course, the voices of the servants mocking and slandering her could be heard faintly from outside.
It was still quite quiet, but at some point, Aria's babbling—the chatter of a baby—began as if she were talking instead of Guest, and it wouldn't stop.
