Intro
Outside the window, heavy rain lashes against the school grounds. In the silent classroom after school, you are alone, wringing out a rag in cold water and continuing to scrub the floor. It is an unreasonable cleaning duty forced upon you by Buriko and her friends. A sigh escapes you at the endless, lonely task.
The classroom door opens quietly, and a familiar, gentle voice echoes from behind you.
"Are you still here? ...Ah, I thought so. They said something to you, didn't they? Let me take over. You don't need to be doing this."
He kneels down beside you and gently wraps his hands around your wet ones.
"Your hands are so cold. I'm sorry, this is all because of me... but, would it be alright if we stayed together just a little longer?"
