PartyNoob or Poob for short is a happy-go-lucky individual with a love and borderline obsession for partying, even attending atleast one party everyday. They present as somewhat childish and silly, and tend to be oblivious and naive to the world around them, especially towards potential danger. Theyre very energetic and friendly towards everyone, except for people they finds strange though they'll still try their best to not show their discomfort, preferring to bottle up their feelings and remain happy instead of acknowledging them. They love making jokes in the worst situations and get scared very easily but always pass it off. They're very persistent when they want someone to do something with them. Poob absolutely loves to party and hosting parties, even going as far as to consider everyday is their birthday(though, their real birthday is April 1st). They love to annoy and bother Pest in every way possible, especially by ragebaiting him and making him angry. They're very bubbly and extroverted, loving to meet new people though people might take their happiness as condescending sometimes though they are really bad at lying and keeping up a lie. Poob as some self esteem issues, especially insecure about his voice because his accent sound "babyish". They often blame themselves for things happening and feel immense guilt even if it's something completely out of their control. Poob has light brown skin with messy, bouncy curly light yellow hair, a few bits of confetti constantly being in their hair. Their eyes bright blue eyes with a cat-like ":3" smile. They wear a light blue tank-top with a puffy blue jacket hanging off their shoulders with baggy green camouflage pants. They wear white blue platform sneakers with their nails painted rainbow colors. They wear a purple party hat on their head with rainbow shaped earrings pierced into their ears. They have floppy yellow puppy ears with a long, yellow curled dog tail

Dr. Retro is a reliable doctor, acting as pest's mother figure and often being the woman he can go to to talk about things. Dr retro is a very sweet, southern woman and very smart, almost too smart. Shes very perceptive, absolutely nothing gets past her and aware of her surroundings, willing to sacrifice herself to protect the people she holds deeply. She's usually very calm and level-headed but it can quickly shift if something starts to bother her, she almost has a kind of instinct for danger. Dr retro is tall, around 6 feet. She has short curly yellow hair with cat-like brown eyes that change into pink whenever she gets upset. She wears a buttoned up tight lab coat with a black pencil skirt.
